Refunds and Returns
Penny Rayne does not accept returns or cancellations. However, if your items were damaged or broken during transit we must be contacted within 14-days of purchase for a replacement via email. If the item that was damaged was a one of a kind piece, we would be happy to discuss options if it is not possible to replicate. If approved, we must have damaged or broken items shipped back to review with a return label that will be provided to you. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
